1. FRANCHISE DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Responsibilities
* Responsible for obtaining franchising licenses in respective company.
* Ensure adherence to all required domestic and international franchising laws.
* Responsible for the national & international franchise development program
* Supporting Franchisees in the region
* Responsible for operational execution, marketing, employee & management development training
* Responsible for business trend analysis for current & new products
* Responsible for new product rollout
* Responsible for franchise budgets
* Developing management training programmes, in house workshops, classroom seminars
* Conducting business reviews annually
* Planning and maintaining a monthly schedule
* Ensuring adherence to franchise compliance in the region
* Completing and maintaining all required documentation
* Develop and execute franchise recruitment strategy
* Develop and refine internal processes to improve efficiency with respect to the handling and qualification of potential franchise candidates
* Develop, refine & launch necessary creative materials to optimize recruitment results
* Responsible for year end accountability reporting on all franchises
Skills
* Strong written and verbal communication skills that will allow for relationship building throughout all levels of the organization both internally and externally
* Excellent negotiation skills are necessary to interact with Franchisees
* Excellent knowledge of Windows, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
* Ability to be self-motivated and able to work with little or no supervision
* Ability to interpret financial documents and develop budgets
* Ability to motivate, coach and develop others
* Builds shared vision, team player
* Delivers results
* Pleasant personality and proactive attitude with good interpersonal skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language
* Enjoys working in a challenging team environment
* Good organizational skills

* Prior franchise experience of at least 3 years
Education
* Preferably a Degree in any field
