5. Executive Officer / International Department
Role Purpose
Assist the supervisor in planning, coordinating and facilitating the development and implementation of Knowledge Management (KM) strategies and initiatives within the department, to manage and maintain IT resources as well as to assist in coordinating and preparing the Department's yearly budget requirements.
Principal Accountabilities:
KMO
•Continuously build awareness and explore how knowledge management can be embedded in the strategies and core processes of the department so as to build a knowledge culture in the department.
•Assist the supervisor in managing the knowledge management requirements in the department so as to develop a KM infrastructure, including its library, knowledge database.
•Perform research and continuously value add the department's knowledge on pertinent KM issues and trends which may impact the department's strategies and processes.
COMPUTER / IT RELATED
•Administer and maintain the computer resources/IT equipments (computers/Notebooks/printers) and services in the Department.
•Provide effective and efficient support, guidance and overcome problems (trouble shoot) faced by users related to the use computer facilities.
•Assist the supervisor in preparing the budget for computer-related equipment for the Department as well as to work closely with Jabatan Perkhidmatan IT (JIT) in monitoring repairs and maintenance of computer equipment.
•Monitor the movements of PCs and computer-related equipment in the Department.
OPERATING PLAN
•Assist the supervisor in preparing and monitoring department's budget needs.
•Ensure all expenditures are within the budget procedures as set out by the Bank.
•Identify appropriate budget allocations required by the Department for all administrative budget such as IT Budget, Asset Acquisition Budget, Supplementary Budget, etc..

Role Purpose
Determine how to execute strategic projects as well as to manage, resource and monitor these bank-wide strategic projects requirements.
Principal Accountabilities
•Identify and conduct research on best practices in order to implement strategic programs developed by SMO to achieve the desired outcomes.
•Identify and determine selection of team members to be engaged in the implementation of strategic programmes developed by SMO, based on capabilities and capacities requirements, determine project timelines as well as identify interdependencies and specific measures against which the programme will be measured.
•Manage, monitor and inject the project and change management discipline to inculcate holistic approach in managing change and ensure achievements against desired outcomes
•Prepare project reporting and update Deputy Director on a regular basis to highlight potential project risk and recommend solutions

ROLE PURPOSE:
Contribute towards the formulation and communication of the bank-wide cross functional strategic blueprints in alignment to the Banks strategic results by driving data gathering initiatives, and actively promote buy-in from stakeholders
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Facilitate and drive the data gathering forum to contribute towards the bank-wide strategic blueprint
•Identify relevant corporate performance measures at sectorial level which are in alignment to the overall bank-wide strategic results

ROLE PURPOSE:
Responsible for the Public and Community Relations and Managing special events for the Museum. Providing customer relations for all visitors and the media.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
•Handling the Public and community relations including media.
•To liaise with the Marketing/Creative and Visitor Experience Supervisors in handling main responsibilities.
•To ensure the good relations and remarkable communication with visitors and the media by maintaining a positive image for the museum.
•Develop and carry out communication strategies programs which would help the museum maintain a leading position.
•Work closely with the media and produce presentations and press releases, organising promotional events such as press conferences, analysing media coverage as well as reputation management for the museum.
•Able to work as part of a team and use first class interpersonal and communication skills to build strong relationships across departments and the public.
