-Degree in security, Safety, OSHA or related, Those from the Security Force are preferred.
-AT least 10 years experience as a police officer
-Possess strong security experience, good in conducting investigations , apt in providing security advice
-Able to liaise with PDRM, local agencies and Rail operators in all security related matters
-Knowledge on ISO 9001:2008 ,Emergency Response Plan , OSHA, Risk Assessment and insurance management is required.
4. HT CHARGEMAN (KLANG VALLEY & PENANG)
Jobs Requirements:
-Must have HT Chargeman Certification ( B1/Bo) by JBEG
-Possess 5 years experience in building/facilities maintenance, construction or consultation
-Must be registered with Suruhanjaya Tenaga
-A team player and able to work independently
-Able to supervise a team of maintenance personnel
5. EXECUTIVE BUILDING
Jobs Requirements:
-Degree in Mechanical or electrical engineering
-To coordinate activities, analyze diverse situations and making appropriate recommendations for building maintenance
-2 years working experience in facility maintenance and building management
-Possess good supervisory skills and a team player
-Good communication and interpersonal skills
-Knowledge in preparing budget projections and trend analysis
6. EXECUTIVE MARKETING

-Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance /Engineering/Quantity Surveying or related fields
-5-8 years auditing experience in an established accounting firm or internal audit department, preferably from property and construction industries
-Member of IIAM or MIA and knowledge of COSO framework would be an advantage.
-Good report writing and communication skills
-Good organizational, planning and problem solving skills
-Matured, able to work independently under tight deadlines
9. EXECUTIVE AUDIT
Jobs Requirements:
-Degree in Accounting/Business/Finance /Engineering/Quantity Surveying or related fields
-3-5 years auditing experience in operation or audits in related fields
-Analytical and possess thorough knowledge of audit techniques and risks control within property and construction industries.
-Good report writing and communication skills

10. SENIOR EXECUTIVE/EXECUTIVE-HUMAN RESOURCES

-Degree in HR Management/Business Admin /Accounting or its equivalent
