CUSTOMER RELATIONS OFFICER
Responsibilities:
Ensure accomplishment of First Contact Resolution target by resolving all customer issues within the SLA
Maintain Customer Satisfaction in all customer handling by ensuring closure in every customer issue
Ensure the working standard as per required by the Company Standards
Ensure all duties are completed within the specified timeline
Ensure conducive and safe working environment by constant monitoring of all the surroundings
To perform any other duties assigned by the Superior from time to time
Requirements:
SPM with good results in English and Bahasa Melayu/ Diploma holders are preferable or equivalent qualification (approved by MQA)
At least three (3) years working experience in handling customer or in a public/ service related positions is an added advantage
Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications
Proficient in both written and spoken Bahasa Malaysia and English
Must possess good listening skills, good communication and interpersonal skills
Possess supervisory, analytical and problem solving skills
Positive attitude, highly initiative and able to work independently with minimum supervision
High integrity, discreet and able to maintain confidentiality
Applicants must be willing to work on shift duty and to be relocate
